United Peoples Freedom Alliance(UPFA )MP of Hambanthota District Namal Rajapakshe has been detained by Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division(FCID) this noon on the charges of illegal purchasing of Rs.125 million worth Hellocorp Shares during previous government.The UPFA MP who is the eldest son of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe was questioned this morning by the FCID over the allegation leveled against him.He is due to be produced before court this evening.
