A Person Arrived From Qatar And Under Quarantine Had Escaped From Quarantine Center Last Morning - However He Was Captured Last Evening
A 36 year old Sri Lankan arrival from
Qatar had escaped from the Peryakadu Quarantine center in Vavuniya last morning (12) whilst under quarantine it has been reported .
However A team comprising of Sri Lanka Army and Police officers had captured him last evening at south bar area in Mannar during a joint search mission carried out in Vavuniya and Mannar areas .
The escaped returnee from Qatar who is under quarantine and resident of Chilaw area had escaped from quarantine center after one of his inmates at the center had tested positive for Corona virus the sources said.
The person was again handed over to the Peryakadu Quarantine center for quarantine.

405 Sri Lankans Stranded In UAE And Saudi Arabia Returned To Sri Lanka Today (13)
Another group of 405 Sri Lankans
stranded in United Arab Emirates (UAE )and Qatar due to the corona pandamic had returned to Sri Lanka this morning (13).
Accordingly 341 Sri Lankans stranded in United Arab Emirates and 64 Sri Lankans in Qatar Had Arrived at Katunayake International Airport.
"PCR "tests had been performed on them at the Airport before sending them for quarantine Centers.
