No corona positives had been reported
from Sri lanka yesterday (20) according to Epidemeology Unit .
Accordingly the total number of Corona positives reported in the country still remains as 1950 and 467 Positives are being treated in Government hospitals .

A Special Sri Lankan Airlines Flight Brought Back 289 Sri Lankans From.Six African Countries
A Special Sri Lankan Airlines flight
carrying 289 Sri lankans stranded in six African countries due to the corona pandamic had touched down Katunayake International Airport in wee hours of this morning (21).
These Sri lankans were employed in hotel sector in Tanzania ,Uganda,Madagascar ,Ruwanda ,Kenya and Mozambique had been brought back from Tanzanian capital Dar Es Salam it has been revealed.
All the passangers and the Cabin crew of the flight had undergone "PCR " Tests at the Katunayake Airport and later they were transportrd to few hotels near the Airport untill receiving their test results .

MP Vinayagamurthy Muralidaran allias Karuna Amman has told at a gathering held recently that he had killed 2000-3000 Army soldiers in one night at Elephant pass in Jaffna when he was a LTTE Commander ,more than the lives claimed by Corona virus in Sri lanka.
Therefore Karuna Amman is a dangerous person than Corona virus he has stated.
He has further stated that Prime Minister Mahinda Rajspnkshe had imvited him to enter Parliamamt through the National list,But he preferes to enter parliament with peoples mandate at the forthcoming election .

Former Minister Baduideen Had Given A Five Hour Statement To CID
Former Minister Rishad Baduideen had
today (20) given a five hour statement to Criminal Investigations Department (CID) regarding an investigation related to an irregularity occurred during the importing of Rice to the country through lanka Sathosa Limited in 2017.
The former Minister had arrived at the CID in.Colombo around 11.30 a.m and left the premises after giving five hour statement.

A Group Of 60 Sri Lankans Stranded In London Brought Back To Sri Lanka Today(20)
Another Special Sri Lanlan Airlines flight had been brought back 60 Sri lankans stranded in England due to the Corona pandamic, to Sri Lanka in wee hours of this morning (20).
These passangers were brought back to Katunayake yInternational Airport from Heathrow Airport in London it has been reported.
All the passangers and Cabin crew of the flight had undergone "PCR" tests at fhe Airport.
Later they were transported to nearby hotels until receiving test results .

had brought back 194 Sri Lankans stranded due to the Corona pandamic at Corona hit Chennai city and Maharashtra state ,to Sri Lanka this morning (20).
Accordingly 150 Sri Lankans stranded in Chennai and 44 in Maharashtra state had been brought back to to Sri lanks.
All the passangers and Cabin crews of the two flights had undergone "PCR "tests at the Airport to check their corona status.
Later they were transported to nearby hotels to stay until teceiving of test results .

26 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged Today (20)
A total of 26 Corona positives had been
discharged today (20) after full recovery according to the Epidemeology Unit .
Accordingly a total of 1472 Corona positives had been discharged from hospitals after full recovery so far the unit has stated .
At the moment 467 Corona positives are being treated in Government Hospitals .
