Lanka Indian Oil Increased The Petrol Litre Again


Creating a Further Chaos Situation in the Sri Lankan Fuel Crisis Lanka Indian Oil Decided to Increased The Petrol Liter to Rs.122 after Reduced it to Rs 100 a weak ago.LOIC act according to the Supreme Court Order to Reduced the Petrol Litre to Rs.100 earlier but Decided to increase again due to the CPC not Reduced the Petrol price.
.HowEver The Government owned Ceylon Petroleum corporation(CPC) Not Reduced it last weak saying that the Cabinet is not Receiving the Copy of The Court Order.However the Supreme Court Registrar Last Friday Announced that the Copies of the Court Order have been sent to All the Parties including the Cabinet and the CPC.Supreme Court Verdict came Under Heavy Criticism from the Government Ministers.Some of them Accused that Due to the Supreme Court's Order It may caused a Heavy Income Loss To the Government and The war in the North and other Developing Planned Backwards,

Education Ministry Decided To Conduct The Confused O/Level Maths -2 Paper Again


Education Ministry Today)((24) Instructed the Examinations Commissioner to Conduct a New Syllabus Maths-2 Paper Examination Again.There is a confusion among the students who sat for this year's G.C.E Ordinery Level Exam after Two Questions based on the Old Syllabus were included in the New Syllabus Maths-2 Paper.Large number Of Teachers Unions Demanding the Education Minister Susil Prem Jayantha To Cancelled the Above Paper and conduct a Test again for that paper.These Trade Unions Warned if the government failed act on this they will Take this Problem to the Courts.However the Education Minister kept on saying that the Sujected Maths Paper will not cancelled and Justice will done to the Students when papers are marking.

Gyneacologists Urged The Need Of Reducing The Growing Number Of Ceaserian Operations In Sri Lanka


An Action will be taken to Reduced the Growing Number of Ceaserian Operations performed within the Two Government owned Maternity Hospitals Due to The High Expenditure on them The Head of the Professorial Unit of the De Soyza Maternity Hospital Professor C.Randeniya Said Today(24) .According to The Statistics Around 725 Ceaserian Operations Performed Monthly at the De Soyza and the Castle Street Hospitals in Colombo and Some out of the 250 Ceaserians at the
De Soyza Hospital are Performed Due to the Requests made by the Pregnant Mothers.Government is Spending Around Rs 50,000 Per Ceaserian Operation and the Expenditure is Mounting Due to the Number of These Operations are on Increase Prof.Randeniya stressed.Considering This situation Steps should be taken to Make Awareness among the Mothers of the Affects Of the Ceaserian Operations Like Risk Of Death and Bleeding.
Health Minister Nimal Siripala De Silva too said that there is a need to Reduced the Number of Ceaserian Operations Due To The High Cost. This was Revealed at the opening of the Newly Build Operation Theater of the Soyza Hospital.
