Leave Of All Police Officers Has Been Csncelled

Government has cancelled the leave of all Police officers throughout the island until 31st of May in view of the current Corona pandamic situation u according to.Police Media Spokesman Ajith Rohana .

Government has imposed travel restrictions among provinces with effect from.midnight tonight until 31st of May to curb the corona pandamic and Police officers will be monitored the restrictions it has been reported .

1030 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From.Hispitals Today (11)

Another 1030 Corona positives had bern recovered and discharged from Hospitals and treatment centers today (11) according to Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly 106,641 Corona positives had been recovered and discharged from hospitals up to now the unit has stated .

23 Corona Deaths Reported Today (11)-26 Deaths Were Reported Yesterday(10)

49 Corona deaths were reported during yesterday (10) and today (11) ,increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far in the country to 850 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly 26 Corona deaths were reported yesterday (10) and 23 deaths were reported today(11) and out of the 23 Corona deaths reported today ,there were 15 males and 08 females resided in many areas mainly in outstation areas had died due to Covid Pneumonia and complications related to non communicable diseases they have suffered from as a result of the Corona infection .

The deceased were of the ages 46-85 years resided in areas including Polonnaruwa ,Elkaduwa ,Moratuwa ,Panadura ,Kelaniya and Rathmalana ,

Little More Than 5000 Corona Positives Had Been Reported During Last Two Days

Another 2573 Corona positives had been reported yesterday (10) and 2530 Corona Positives had been reported today (11) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Positives reported so far in the country so far to 131,098 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .
