A 44 Year Old Female Had Been Killed Due To A Road Accident

A 44 year old female had been killed

and two others have been injured and hospitalized after the Three Wheeler they were travelling in veering off the road and toppled over to aj precipice at Busalakanda area on Dambagalla-Madagama road on friday(19).

The injured including the Three wheeler driver had been admitted to the Sirigala Hospital in Monaeagala for treatment .

The incident occurred when the driver of the Three Wheeler travelling from Dambagalla to Busalakanda area not able to control the speed of the vehicle it has been revealed .

The deceased was identified as a resident  of Busalskanda area.

A Sister And Her Brother Were Killed -Their Father Injured Due To Three Wheeler-Van Collision

A 20 year old female and her young

brother had been killed and their father had been critically injured after the Three wheeler they were travelling in colliding with a Van at Kandalama in Dambulla this morning (16).

The injured father had been admitted to the Kandalama Hospital for treatment.The mother of the deceased children who was also travelling in the Three Wheeler had escaped unhurt according to Dambulla police.

Police have arrested the van driver and taken  van into  custody over the incident.
