646 Corona Positives Discharged From Hospitals Yesterday (13)

 Another 646 Corona positives had been recovered and discharged from Hospitals and treatment centers yesterday (13)according to Epidemeology Unit .


Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals and treatment centers so far had risen to 43,267 the Unit has stated .

692 Corona positives Had Been Reported Yesterday (13)

 A total of 692 Corona positives had been reported yesterday (13)in the island raising the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 50,229 according to the Epidemeology Unit


.

Accordingly all these positives were contacts of the previous Corona positives reported from Minuwangoda ,Paliyagoda and Prisons Corona clusters the unit has stated .

At the moment 6715 Corona positives are being treated at government hospitals and treatment centers .

Three More Corona Deaths Reported Yesterday (13)

 Three more Corona Deaths had been reported yesterday(13) in the island ,raising the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 247 according to Epidemiology unit .

Accordingly two males and a female resided at Battaramulla ,Colombo -15 and Colombo-10 of the ages 66.81 and 89 had died due to the complications of non communicable diseases suffered by them caused by Corona infection ,The deceased have died whilst receiving treatment at Homagama Base ,IDH Hospital in Aangoda and Colombo National Hospital .

PCR Tests Petforned On Parliamentarians And Parliament Staff At Parliament Premises

 A total of 463 PCR Tests had been performed on Parliamentarians including the Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywaesanr and Parliamentary staff members at the Parliamentary premises today /(13).


These tests were performed after few of the Parliamentarians. Had been tested positive for Corona virus during last few days. Further PCR test are scheduled to be performed on Parliamentarians and Parliament staff this Friday (15),
