Polce Have Arrested Five Persons With Heroin

Police have arrested five persons with
more than 14 grammes of Heroin in possession at Meethotamulla,Weera
gula and paliyafoda areas according to reports .

Accordingly a 41 year old person had been arrested with 4.900 Grammes of  Heroin in possession at MEETHOTAMULLA area and two arrested  wih five Grammes  of Heroin in Weeragula area .

Another two persons had been arrested in Paliyagoda with around 4 Grammes of Heroin in possession .




Attendance Of School Children In Schools Has Been Increased

The attendance of School children in schools throughout the island is higher today  (21)then in previous weeks it has been reported .

There's a significant improvement of School children attending schools amidst tightened security according to authorities.

Security forces and Police have been provided  security to the all schools enable the children to attend schools  without any fear .

The Suspected ISIS Member Brought To Parliament For Questioning

The Parliamentary Interpreter attached to Hanzard Department who was arrested over his  connection with ISIS And Thowheeth Jamaath Leader Mohommad Zahran had been brought to parliament to question him according to Police.

The suspect Jamaldeen Naushad had been arrested recently in Kurunagala accordance to information provided by a suspect in.custody .He didn't report to work properly after the incident it had been reported .

He was  one of the pioneers who formed the Thowheeth Jamaath  .

A Suspect Arrested Over Easter Sunday Bombings Had Been Handed Over To Terrorism Investigations Division

Aluthgama Police have handed over the
suspect Mohommad Basir Mohommad Fashan who was arrested in Darga Nagar , Beruwala on 27 th of April over his connection  with the Easter Sunday Bomb attackers, to Terrorism Investigations Division today (21) for further investigations .

During the questioning it has been revealed that the suspect has a close connection with main bomber of Easter Sunday attacks Mohommad Zahran .

Minister Baduideen To Resign From Post If The President And Premier Requested

Minister of Commerce and Industries
Rishad Baduideen has today  (21)told in Cabinet meeting that he along with  fellow Parliamentarians of his party  will resign from their posts if the President and Prime Minister request them to do so.

Minister Baduideen has also stated
 that he is not afraid to face the no confidence motion handed over against him to the speaker and it was presented by the Joint Opposition to destroy his political career .

Minister has also said that he had phoned the Army Commander recently  to get an information regarding a suspect and never influenced the commander as charged against him .

Meanwhile Minister Navin Dissanayake has stressed that he will vote against the no confidence motion against Minister Baduideen. State Minister Niroshan Perera had made a mistake by saying he will vote in favour of the motion Minister Dissanayake has stressed . 

CID Had Arrested An Ayurveda Student Who Had Close Contact With Cinnamon Grand Hotel Bomber

Criminal Investigations Department 
(CID) had arrested an Ayurveda student attached to Colombo University who had close contacts with the Cinnamon grand hotel bomber Mohommad Insaf Ahmed Ibrahim who was also the owner of a copper factory in Colombo.

CID has recovered the relationship between the Ayurveda student and the Suicide Bomber through the mobile phone of the bomber according to reports .

CID is currently questioning the student under detention orders it has been revealed. 

DNA Identities Of Suicide Bombers Of Easter Sunday Bombings Had Confirmed -Main Bomber Zahran's DNA Matched With His Daughters One

Government Analyst had today
(21)confirmed the identities of eight suicide bombers who had been exploded themselves in eight   places including three churches ,three hotels ,a house  and a lodge on Easter Sunday a month ago (21st of April)through DNA Tests carried out with DNA parts of their family members. according to Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekare.

The DNA Parts of The main bomber of the Easter Sunday attacks Mohommad Qasim Mohommad Zahran who had exploded himself at Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo matched his little daughters DNA parts according to Government Analyst. DNA parts of other bombers too matched with their parents and children's DNA parts according to reports.

Now security forces are being faced with a dilemma who should be the leader of the banned Thowheeth Jamaath Organization represented by those suicide bombers which earlier believed Zahran as it's leader. As Usually leader of a Terrorist group not trying to kill himself at the begining of a battle  forces are investigating to findout  who has given the leadership to the extremist Organization.

A No Confidence Motion Was Handed Over Against Government By JVP

 A no confidence motion against Prime
Minister and the Government  over not taking steps to prevent April 21st attack even after receiving information prior to the attack had been handed over to the Speaker Karu Jayasuriya at Parliament today (21) by the leftist Janatha Wimukthi Peramuna (JVP) .

In the no confidence motion it has been charged  that Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe  has not taken any step against extremists who were involved in Easter Sunday bombings  although the government knew their activities and Prime minister has avoided his duties by not attending the National security council .

However Premier has earlier stated that he was not invited to the security council meetings by the president Maithripala Sirisena .As thete were reports that President knew the situation since the beginning no action has  been taken against him by any party  up to now regarding it  .
