Due To The Decrease Of Daily "PCR " Tests .There's A Risk Of Misinterpreting The Current Corona Pandemic -Ravi Kunudesh

 Due to the decrease  of daily "PCR " tests performs in the country no once can scientifically describe  the current Corona pandemic situation in the country according to the president of Medical Laboratory Technologists Association Ravi Kumudesh ,

Due to this situation there's a risk of  misinterpretation of the current pandemic which may lead to another Corona wave in near future Kumudesh has stated ,

The Deputy Director General of Laboratory Services is solely responsible for  the decrease of daily "PCR "  tests in the country he has stressed ,The number of "PCR " tests are being decreased more than the speed of  reducing daily Corona infections Kumudesh has further said ,

93 Corona Deaths Reported Today (20)

 A total number of  93 Corona Deaths had been reported in the country today (20) .,increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far in the country to 12,218 according to Director General Of Health Ser vices (DGHS ) ,

Accordingly 48 females and 45 males had died due to Corona infection ,Out of the deceased 68 were over 60 years of age and 24 were belonged to the age group 30-60 it has been revealed ,One of the deceased was under 30 years old  it has been revealed ,

වසංගතයක් සාර්ථක ලෙස පාලනය කළ හැක්කේ ජනතාවට ඒ පිළිබඳව සත්‍ය තොරතුරු හෙළි කිරීම හරහා පමණි ,නවසීලන්තය එයට හොඳම උදාහරණයකි ,ඔවුන් නුදුරැ අනාගතයේදී "ඩෙල්ටා "වැනි මාරාන්තික වෛරස් ප්‍රභේදයක් සාර්ථක ලෙස මැඩ පැවැත්වුවහොත් එයද  පුදුමයක් නොවනු ඇත ,මන්ද ඔවුන් ඒ තරමටම සාර්ථක ලෙස ලෝක සෞඛ්‍ය සංවිධානයේ උපදෙස් අකුරටම පිළිපදිමින් කොරෝනා වසංගතය පාලනය කිරීමට කටයුතු ,කරන නිසාය ,දැනටමත් ඔවුන් ඩෙල්ටා ප්‍රභේදයට එරෙහි සටනින් හරි අඩකට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ජය ගෙන අවසන් බව වාර්තා වී තිබේ  .

එවැනි තත්ත්වයක් ඔවුන් ලඟා කරගෙන ඇත්තේ දැඩි සංචරණ සීමාවන් සහිතව රට අගුලු දැමීම හරහාය ,එරට වෛද්‍යවරුන් ඇතුළු වගකිවයුතු සියලු දෙනා වැඩ කරනුයේ  ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් පමණි .

1509 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (20) -Only 9654 "PCR " Tests Performed Yesterday (19)

 A total of 1509 Corona positives had been reported in the country today (20) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 506,009 according to Epidemiology Unit .

At the moment 60,698 Corona positives are being treated at Government /Private hospitals /Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated ,

According to the Health Promotions Bureau only 9654 "PCR "Tests and  3054 "Rapid Antigen "Tests had been performed in the country the lowest  number of  Corona tests performed during last few days

Are Corona Infections In The Country On The Decrease ?We Have More Active Cases Receiving Treatment At Home

 There are few persons without knowledge   are trying to review the current trend of local Corona pandemic situation as a good improvement due to the daily corona infections and corona deaths are on  the decease ,However they have forgotten that at the moment we have more active Corona cases then the number of cases we had few weeks back .According to the Epidemiology Unit we had   59,273 active corona cases by this noon and every country is measuring  the pandemic situation based on the active corona cases they have .

The number of Corona cases currently receiving treatment in Hospitals is  low as the hospitals admitted only Oxygen dependent Corona positives during last weeks  to ease the rush and others were advised to stay at home and receive treatment  according to Doctors ,
