Six Corona Positives Had been Discharged From Hospitals Today (20)
Another 06 Corona positives had been
discharged from hospitals today (20)after full recovery according to the Epidemeology Unit.
Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals after recovery had been increased to 2041 the unit has stated .

Six Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (20)
A total of 06 Corona positives had been
reported in the country today (20)until 12 in the midnight , increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 2730 according to Epidemeology Unit.
Accordingly out of the 06 Corona positives reported today 05 were arrivals from Saudi Arabia and one is a close contact of the Corona postive reported from Rajaganaya area it has been reported .All of them were tested positive for Corona virus whilst on quarantine at quarantine Centers
At the moment 678 Corona positives are being treated in Government Hospitals.

A 32 Year Old Female Lecturer Had Been Critically Injured Due To A Wild Elephant Attack
A 32 year old Female lecturer attached
to the faculty of Technology affiliated to Jaffna University in KilinochchI area had been critically injured and hospitalized last night (19)due to a Wild Elephant attack .
The critically injured female lecturer who is a resident of Kelanimulla area had been admitted to KilinochchI Hospital last night and later transferred to Jaffna Teaching Hospital for further treatment .
The Wild Elephant attack had occurred near the hostal of the Technology Faculty at Aravialnagar area in KilinochchI .

A Section Of Southern Expressway Had Been Temporarily Closed Down This Morning Due To A Soil Mound
The section between Pinnaduwa to
imaduwa of the Southern Expressway had been closed down this morning (20)due to a Soil mound collapse at the area as a result of the heavy showers prevailed in, it has been reported.
Due to this the vehicles travelling from Colombo at the Expressway had been restricted to Pinnaduwa area and vehicles travelling from Matara to Colombo restricted to Imaduwa area .
The closed section had reopened this evening for traffic after removing the collapsed soil Mound from the road .
