Central Bank Reduced The Standing Deposit Facility And Standing Lending Facility Rates

 The Monetary Board of the  Central Bank Of Sri Lanka (CBSL) which met yesterday (31) had decided to reduce the Standing Deposit Facility Rate (SDFR) and Standing Lending Facility Rate (SLFR) by 250 basis points to 13 percent and 15 percent respectively .

 

Accordingly the Standing Deposit Facility has been reduced to 13 percent and the Standing Lending Facility has been reduced to 14 percent the Central Bank had announced..The inflation rate in the country will be going down further in future the Bank had estimated ,

LIOC Had Also Revised Fuel Prices

 Lanka Indian Oil Company (LIOC)  had announced that it will also implement the same Price revision implemented by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO) with effect from midnight last night(31).

CEYPETCO had increased the Prices of Octane -95 Petrol and Super Diesel Prices whilst decreasing the prices of Octance -92 petrol ,Ketosene Oil and Industrial Kerosene Oil prices 

Fuel Prices Revised Since Midnight Yesterday (31)

 Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO) had reduced the prices of Octane -92 Petrol,Kerosene oil and Industrial Kerosene Oil and Increased the prices  of Octane - 95 petrol anf  ,Super Diesel with effect from midnight yesterday (31)  it has been announced.

According to the new price revision  the Price of a Liter of  Octane-92 Petrol had reduced by Rs.15 ,A liter of Kerosene oil by Rs.50 and A liter of Industrial Kerosene by Rs.60 it has been announced.Also  The Price of a Liter of Octane-95 Petrol had increased by Rs.20 and A liter of Super Diesel had increased by Rs.10 .The Price of a Liter of Auto Diesel remains unchanged.
