Seven DIGS Were Transferred Due To Service Requirements

Airport Customs Officers Taken Into Custody A Narcotic Box Sent From Canada

 The Airport Customs Officers had taken in to custody two wooden boxes contained a haul of "Kush" narcotic weighing 12 Kilo Grammes sent from Canada at the Katunayake International Airport . The customs officers had  also  arrested the   Warf Clerk arrived in to accept the wooden boxes  .

The stock of "Kush" narcotic had been sent to a Tamil  national residing in Jaffna area by a person in Canada storing inside of a fake bottoms of two wooden boxes .and  the stock has worth Rs.84 million it has been reported .A .Airport customs officers are investigating on the matter further .
