Around 10,000 households at Kiribathgoda area are being experienced with a sudden power failure since this morning (10)as a result of trees fallen on to the sub electricity lines belonging to sub power grid in Kiribathgoda area .The restoration of the electricity lines is currently underway according to the Ministry of Power and Energy.
Meanwhile Houses in pitabaddara area too are being experienced with a similar power failure due to a tree falls on the electricity lines today as a result of strong winds .
