The Disaster Management Center (DMC)has stated that earth tremors were reported from several districts in the Island including Nuwara Eliya,Hatton, Ratnapura,Badulla and Colombo around 9.52 p.m yesterday (26th) .The Center has also issued a warning stating that there is a possibility of land slides in Five Districts if rain continues during today(27th) as well.Ratnapura,Kegalle,Kalutara,Galle and Matara Districts are identified as Risky Areas of having Land Slides DMC has said.
