A 54 Year Old Female Had Been Arrested With A Haul Of Heroin
A 54 year old female had been arrested
by the prison authorities whilst attempting to carrry 2 grammes and 130 mili grammes of Heroin with a manioc curry inside Galle prison according to sources .
The female had attempted to carry the haul of heroin wrapped in a piece of cotton and hidden in manioc curry to her son in the prison it has been revealed .
The suspected female had been imprisoned until 16 th of December by the Galle Magistrate court .She is a resident of Weliwatta,Galle area.

Train Services Of The Upcountry Railwayline Had Been Paralyzed Due To A Lorry
Upcountry Railway Services had been
paralyzed this morning (11) as a result of a running of a Lory carrying goods on a Rail track at Kolathanna ,Rail Track in Bandarawela .
A Lorry travelling from Haputhale to Bandarawela had accidentally run on the railway track it has been reported.
Due to the incident there's a delay of train services in upcountry Railway line. .

A Police Inspector Interdicted Over A Sex Bribe
A Chief Police Inspector attached to
Nugegoda Police Division had been interdicted over requesting a sex bribe though a Telephone call from a female who had arrived at him to make a complaint on a financial fraud accordance to the Police Department .
The female had arrived at the Chief Police Inspector to make a complaint against a male who became a friend with her through Facebook and cheated Her Rs.1 million .
After the complaint was made the Chief Inspector had phoned the complainant and requesting sex bribe to solve this case in favor of her .As the Police Inspector phoned her several times to request the sex bribe she has made a complaint agsinst the inspector to a Higher officer of the Police Department .
After being conducted an inquiry against the Chief inspector through a Assistant Superintendent Of Police (ASP) the Indpector had been interdicted .

Officers attached to Police Anti Narcotic Bureau have arrested a civil Engineer and a Airport
Duty free shopping complex employee whilst attempting to smuggle 99 Gold Biscuits hidden inside a Box containing a Fan out of the Airport today (11).
The Fan Box containing 99 Gold Biscuits had been handed over to the Civil Engineer who had arrived in from Australia by a Duty free shop employee to hand over a person at the Arrival Lounge of the Airport .
The Airport Duty free shop Employee had requested the Engineer to handover the Fan box to a person at Arrival lounge and whilst carrying it he was arrested by Police Anti Narcotic Bureau officials.
The estimated value of the stock of Gold Biscuit recovered whilst hidden inside a fan box is around Rs.60 million it has been revealed ,The Civil Engineer is a resident of Kurunagala District and arrived in from Australia it has been reported.
Both suspects had been handed over to the Airport customs officers along with the stock of Gold biscuits for further investigations .
