The appeals court has today(21)issued notices for the respondents including Parliament Speaker Chamal Rajapaksha of the case filed by Chief Justice Dr.Mrs.Shirani Bandaranaike by challenging findings of the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) appointed to probe on impeachment motion against her.speaker Chamal Rajapaksha ,General Secretary of Parliament and all members of PSC were issued notices returnable on 03rd of January.The petition filed by Chief Justice on Wednesday through a legal firm requested the appeal court to issue an injunction order barring the recommendations by PSC report from being implemented.
