The Meteorology Department has urging Sri Lankan Fishermen to refrain from going to seas from Mannar to Hambantota due to the depression build in Bay of Bengal.The low pressure that seen there in last few days now developed to a depression according to Department Sources.Due to the Depression build in heavy rains and strong winds as well as rough seas are forecast from the areas of Mannar,Jaffna,Batticloe and Hamabanthota the Met Department has stated.
