Thirty two prison inmates attached to Kalutara Prison had Been tested positive for Corona Virus according to the National Covid -19 Prevention Center .
Accordingly these prison inmates had been tested positive for Corona virus after performing 40 PCR tests for a group of prison inmates of the prison .
Six Corona deaths had been reported today (29) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 667 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .
Accordingly five females and a male resided at Boralesgamuwa,Kandy ,Wattala ,Welimada ,Kalutara North and Nawalapitiya areas had died due to Covid pneumonia and complications of the non communicable diseases they have suffered from it has been revealed .
The deceased were of the ages 49,85,37,72,77 and 61 years old it has been revealed .Six Corona deaths had been reported in the country yesterday (28) and Eight deaths had been reported the day before (Tuesday ).
