Online Safety Act Brought Under Public Security Ministry
The Online safety act approved by tbe Parliament recently has been brought under the Ministry of Public security by the President's secretary Saman Ekanayake.President's secretary Saman Ekanayake had yesterday (07) issued an extraordinary Gazette Notification in this regard .
Meanwhile President's secretary has issued another Gazette Notification stating the Mimistry of Enviornment should be functioned under the President.
A Rumenian National Has Drowned Whilst Bathing
A 71 year old Rumanian national has drowned and killed whilst bathing at Moragalla sea area this noon (07) according to Police.
The deceased has faced this incident whilst bathing in the sea area infront of the tourist hotel he had stayed at in Moragalla.A
