94 Persoms Arrested During Last 24 Hours Over Violating Quarantine Rules

 Police have arrested 94 Persons during last 24 hours over violating Quarantime laws Accordinb to Department of Police .

Since  March last year  53,453 persons had been arrested over violating quarantine laws and  court cases were filed against  over 45,000 of tbem it has been revealed .

A Corona Cluster Had Been Created In Ports Authority

 A large Corona cluster has been created in the Sri Lanka ports authority according to sourcex

.Accordingly nearly 600 Ports Authority employees had been tested positive for Corona virus so far through the random PCR Tests performed for them sources have stsred 

These Corona positives had been reported from every section in the Ports Authority it has been revealed .

Meanwhile random  PCR Tests performs  in Ports Authority had suspended since last May the Port emoloyees had accused .

Gas And Milk Powder ?Shortage In The Local Market

 There's a shortage of Gas and Milk Powder in the local market according to Consumers Gas shortage has been created as  One of the main Gas suppliers in the country  Laugfs has stopped importing Gas recently .

There's no reason given for the Milk Powder shortage in the local market .

Meanwhile government is seeking an alternative solution for the Gas shortage it had been announced.

Health Ministry Had Issued A New Anti Corona Health Guidelines Today ,(06)

 Director General Of health Services Dr Asela Gunawardane had today (06) issued new Anti  Corona health guidelines with few restrictions in view of   controlling the spreading of Corona virus in the country ,

Accordingly all state functions had been postponed until 01 st of September and weddings can be held with the participation of  guests  equals to 25 percent of the  hall capacity  and funerals can be held with the participation of  25 guests .

Inter provincial restrictions imposed  in the island will not be changed . According to the Health authorities .

2792 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (06)

 A total of 2792 Corona positives had been reported today (06) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 324,223 according to Director General Of Health Services ,

At the moment 31,095 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and quarantine centers .

98 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today (06)

 Another  98 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (06) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 4919 according to Director General Of Health Services .

Out of the deceased 54 were males and 44 were females and majority of them which was  70 were over 60 years old it has been reported ,27 persons who had died to Corona infection today were belonged to the age group 30-60 and one was under 30 years old according to reports,
