The Colombo Fort Magistrate had issued a Court order preventing a group of Persons including the convener of the Inter University Students Federation Wasantha Mudalige by entering to key places in Colombo including The Presidents House,Ministry of finance and the Galle face .
Meanwhile The Court had yesterday(07) issued an interim order preventing holding protest marches in several roads at Maradana Police division .
Riot police had fired tear gas and water cannons to disperse a protest campaign organized by the Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) in front of the Colombo university last evening (07) against the present government and to change the system of the governance .
Due to the tense situation occurred during the protest three persons a University student,Journalist and a Police officer had been injured and hospitalized it has been reported.
This protest was earlier scheduled to be held in front od Colombo Fort railway station .
Meanwhile the Judiciary had issued an interim order yesterday (07)against holding protests in Maradana (Colombo) area.
