Former LTTE Cadre Pillayan And 04 Others Acquitted From Murder Charges
Batticaloa High Court Judge D.S Susainathan had yesterday (13)acquitted the Former LTTE cadre and Chief Minister Sivanasathurai Chandrakanthan allias Pillayan and 04 other suspects who were jailed over the killing of forner Tamil National Alliance MP Joseph Pararajasingham in 2005 .
Earlier Attorney General Dappula De Livera had informed the Batticaloa High Court on last Monday that he will discontinue the case filed against Pillayan at the Batticaloa High Court over the killing of MP Pararajasingham .
So far no one else is being charged over the killing of forner TNA MP.
