The organizers of the International Indian Film Awards(IIFA) Ceremony scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka between 03rd-05 June confirmed today that there will be no change in the venue and the Event will go ahead as planned.The Awards Ceremony is scheduled to be held in Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo-13.There are rumours that the event shifted outside colombo due to the threats of the Pro LTTE Groups.Several South Indian Film Personnale announced that they will not attending the Awards Ceremony following the threats of the Activists.However large number of Film Personnel in Northern India announced that they will attending the Event which is known as Indian Oscars.
