A 15 Year Old Child Died After Falling Down From A Seven Storied Building
A 15 year old child had died after falling down from a seventh floor of a seven storied building in Bambalapitiya (Colombo-04 last evening (28).
The child had succumbed to his injuries after admission to Colombo National Hospital with severe injuries .The deceased was resided in Crestor placr in Bambalapitiya according to Police .
14 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today(
A total of 14 Corona deaths had been reoorted today (29)Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 15,400 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS).
Accordingly 10 males and 04 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated .Out of the deceased 12 were over 60 yesrs of age and 02 were belonged to 30-60 year age grouo .
Another 982 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (29)
Another 982 Corona positives had beeb reported in the countty today (29)Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 609,045 according to Epidemiology Unit.Out of these Corona positives 05 were foreign arrivals .
At the moment 16,005 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system it has been reported .

Speaker And Three Of His Staff Members Had Been Tested Positive For Corona -Speaker Was Hospitalized
Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardane along with 03 staff members of his official residence had been tested positive for Corona virus it has been reported.
The Speaker had been admitted to the National infectious diseases institute(IDH) in Angoda for treatment with symptoms according to reports.The three staff members of speaker"s official residence had been adnitted to the Covid treatment center at Rajagiriya and five of their contacts including security officers are being quarantined it has been reported .
Speaker believed to be got the infection through a Corona positive attendee who had been attended to one of the meetings he had attended officials said .Speaker"s official residence had been disinfecred already according to sources .
961 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today(29)
A total of 961 Corona Posittves had Been Reported in the country today (29) ,Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 608,065 according to Eidemiology Unit .
At the moment 15,365 Corona positives are being treated at hospitals Quarantine Centers and under home care system the unit has stated .
Another 17 Corona Deaths Reported Yesterday (28)
Another 17 Corona positives had been reported in the country yesterday (28) Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 15,386 according to Epidemiology Unit .
Accordingly 10 males and 07 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has ststed .Out of the deceased 10 were over 60 years of age and 06 were belonged to the 30-60 tear age group it has been recealed .One of the deceased was under 30 years of age .
