Fourteen Corona Positives Had Been Reported In the Country Today (22)I-One Positive Is From The Local Community

    

A  total of 14 Corona Positives had

been reported today (22) in the country ,increasing the total

number of Corona positives reported so far to 3313 according to the Epidemiology Unit . 

Accordingly out of the 14 Corona Positives reported in the country today 07 were arrivals from Kuwait ,02 each from Saudi Arabia .and United Arab Emirates ,An Indian naval man and a Close contact of the inmate of Kandakadu  Drugs rehabilitation Center it has been reveled .However whereabouts of the 14th Corona positive reported today has not yet been revealed .

Eighteen Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Today (22)

A total of 18 Corona positives had been

discharged from hospitals today (22)after full recovery according to Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals had risen to 3118 the unit has stated.

At the moment 182 Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals  

Justice Minister Ali Sabry Submitted 20 Th Amendment To The Parliament Today (22) -Opposotion MP 's Protested Against It

Justice Minister Ali Sabry had today

(22)submitted the controversial draft resolution of 20 th amendment to the Constitution ,to the Parliament amidst heavy protests of Opposotion MP's mainly from Main opposition Samagi Janabalawegaya  .

The draft resolution which was approved by the Cabinet on 02 nd of September has proposed to change many provisions of the 19 th amendment introduced by the good governance government.

Opposotion MP's who wore National costumes  tied with  black bands had shouted and protested against the 20 th amendment which they described as a resolution Creating a Hitler type dictatorship.

Any citizen or  civil Organization can now Challange the amendment and filed a  court case  to prove that  it is unconstitutional during next 07 days it had been announced. 

Police Have Recovered A Cocaine Parcel At Payagala Sea Coast

Payagala Police had recovered a Parcel

containing more than one Kilo Gramme of Cocaine floated in the  sea coast at Daluatta,Payagala this morning  (22)  .

The Parcel which was wrapped in a Silver wrapper to avoid absorbing water contains Cocaine worth more than Rs. 10  million according to Police.

The owner of the parcel has not yet been found.
