Hambantota MP Namal Rajapakshe who was detained this morning has been remanded until 22 and of August by the Colombo Magistrate Court.The MP was remanded after being produced before the Colombo Magistrate Court. this evening.
MP Rajapskshe who is the eldest son of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe had been detained by police financial crimes investigations division(FCID) this noon over the charge of illegally purchasing Rs.125 million worth Hello Corp shares during the previous regime.
