Consultants Requested The Public To Seek Hospital Treatment Immediately If They Have developed Corona Symptoms

 Medical Consultants in the country  are requesting  the general  public to seek hospital treatment with immediate effect  if  they have developed   Corona symptoms   without going to a general  Practitioner first   .

Many who had failed to seek hospital treatment immediately  after Corona symptoms appear had died due to severe  illness caused by Corona infection  it has been revealed .,As the Delta variant is spreading in the country people should be aware of the symptoms of corona infection and their affects consultants have stated ,

University Teachers To Stop Online Lectures Tomorrow (28)

 University Lecturers had decided to stop online lectures conducted to students in all Government Universities tomorrow (28)  as a protest against the Kothalwala Defense Academy Draft  Bill  it has been announced , 

If necessary the online lecture boycott will be extended further the University Teachers Unions had stated ,

48 Corona Deaths Reported Today (27)

 Another 48 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (27) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 4.195 according to Director General of Health Services ,

Accordingly 28 males and 20 females had died due to Covid Pneumonia and complications related to non communicable diseases they have suffered from as a result of Corona infection it has been revealed ,

Out of the deceased 36 were of the ages over 60 years  ,

1688 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (27)

 A total of 1688 Corona Positives had been reported in the island today (27) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 299,892 according to Director General Of Health Services .

At the moment 25,389 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and treatment centers .
