Sri Lanka Removed The Ban Imposed Regarding The Maximum Number Of Air Passengers Can Be Carried By A Flight

 Sri Lanka Civil Aviation Authority had removed the ban imposed regarding  the maximum number of Air  Passengers can be carried by a Foreign flight as 75 the Authority has stated . 

Accordingly Foreign Flights arriving in Sri Lanka can carry  unlimited number of Air passengers with effect from 07th of October and same applies  to Flights depart from Sri Lanka the Aviation authority has announced ,

Sri Lanka has imposed a ban regarding the maximum number of Air passengers can be carried by a foreign flight arrive in Sri Lanka in view of curbing the spreading of Corona infection ,However those unvaccinated passengers arriving in the country need to quarantine for 14 days it has been revealed ,

Laugfs Gas Company Had Also Increased The Price Of Gas Cylinders

 "Laugfs "Gas Company had decided to increase the 12.5 KG  "Laugfs " Gas Cylinder by Rs.984  with effect from today (11) it has been announced .Accordingly the new price of the above Gas Cylinder is Rs.2840 .

Laugfs Compnay had increased  the price of it's 5KG Gas Cylinder by Rs.393 and the new price of that Cylinder now  is Rs.1136 .

Meanwhile Litro Gas Company which increased the prices of it's Gas Cylinders yesterday (10) had decreased the increased price of the 12.5KG Gas Cylinder by Rs.75 today (11) the Company has announced ,Litro Company had increased the Price of 12.5 KG Gas Cylinder by Rs.1257 with effect from midnight last night with the new price Rs.2770 .

However with the reduction of Rs.75 with effect from today the price of A 12.5KG lAUGFS Gas Cylinder now stands as Rs.2695 ,

681 Corona Positives Reported Today (11)

.Another 681 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (11) ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 527,064 according to the Epidemiology Unit ,

 At the moment 33,211 Corona positives are being treated at government /private hospitals /Quarantine centers and under home care system the Epidemiology Unit has stated .

According to the Health Promotions Bureau only 7073 "PCR " Tests and 3343 Rapid Antigen Tests had been performed in the country yesterday (10)

Price Of Bread To Be Increased By Rs.5

 The All Ceylon Bakers Association  has decided to increase  the Price of a 450 Gramme Loaf of Bread by Rs.5 with effect from midnight tonight (11) .

Accordingly the Price of a Loaf of Bread will be increased to Rs.65 the Association has stated ,  This decision had been taken due to the price increase of Wheat flour ,Gas and ingredients use for Bakery products the president of the All Ceylon Bakers Aassociation N.K Jayawardane has stated ,

 The prices of Wheat flour and Cement had been increased by Flour and Cement companies with effect from today (11) .

Accordingly the Price of a Kilo Gramme of Wheat flour had been increased By Rs.10 and a Bag of 50 Kilo Gramme Cement had been increased by Rs.93 .The new price of a Kilo Gramme of Wheat flour is Rs.97 and the Price of 50 Kilo Gramme Cement bag is Rs.1098 it has been announced ,

23 Corona Deaths Reported Today (11)

 Another 23 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (11) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 13,354 the Director General Of Health Services (DGHS)( has announced.

Accordingly 12 females and 11 males had died due to the Corona infection the DGHS had stated .Majority of the deceased which was 18 were over 60 years of age and 05 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed ,
