All The Schools To Be Recommenced Tomorrow (12)
All the schools Island wide which are closed last Friday due to the heavy Air pollution are scheduled to be recommenced tomorrow(12) according to the Ministry of Education . 
Ministry has granted a special leave for all the schools in the island last Friday (09) over poor air quality reported in many parts of the Island . .since last Thursday (08) .
Postal Workers Launchhed An Island Wide Strike
Postal workers had launched an Island wide strike from 4 p.m this evening (11) up to 12 in the midnight tomorrow (12) demanding solutions for unsolved demands of Postal workers according to the Joint Postal Trade Union Front .
The strike has been launched demanding solutions for unsolved problems of the Postal workers including paying overtime allowance for a maximum of 240 over time (OT) hours the Postal Trade Union front has stated ,
Meanwhile according to the Post Master General Ranjith Ariyaratne the leave of all postal workers have been cancelled in order to prevent any trade union action .All the Postal workers should have reported to work to maintain the Postal service without any interruption he had stressed. 
A Youth Had Fallen From A Four Storied Building
A 23 Year old youth has died after falling down from third storey of a newly constructed four storied building at Park road in Narahenpita (Colombo -05) today (11) according to the Narahenpita Police .
The deceased was a resident of Dikwellahema in Hali-ela (Uva District ) and involved in construction work of the building it has been revealed .He was conducted a party for his colleagues in the third storey of the building and when he has attempted to climb down from the stair case he had fallen to the ground according to police .
The Post mortem of the deceased is scheduled to be held at Police Hospital in Narahenpita
