Two Females Were Killed Due To A Road Accident In Mawathagama

Two female were killed as a result of  colliding with a Van which veered off the road on Keppetipola-Kurunagala Road at Mawathagama Area(North Western Province) today(30) it has been reported.

The van traveling from Kurunagala to Keppetipola had veered off the road after the driver not able to control the vehicle and hit at the two females who were walking the road side the sources have stated.The deceased are identified as a residents of Barandana Area.

Police have arrested the driver of the van regarding the accident.
