The Colombo Crimes Division had informed the Colombo Magistrate Court today (30) that it will file indictments against the seven Indian Nationals who were arrested and remanded over the alleged illegal kidney racket operated between Sri Lanka and India.
Colombo Crimes Division(CCD) has taken the advise of Attorney General regarding filing indictments against the suspects the CCD officials have informed the court today when the case on alleged kidney racket taken into consideration.
After considering the facts revealed by CCD officials .Colombo Magistrate Court has ordered to detain the Indian Suspects until 13th of September and requested Colombo Crimes Division to file indictments against them on that day.
