The Bribery Commission has today(31) filed a case at Colombo Chief Magistrate Court against former Defense Secretary Gotabaya Rajapakshe(The brother of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe) and seven others including Nisssanka Senadhipathi who is the owner of the Avant Guarde Security Services Limited which handled the floating armory over authorizing the establishing of Avant Guarde floating armory in an unlawful manner.
Due to the floating armory handled by Avant Guarde Security Services the Sri Lankan government has lost Rs.11.4 billion the Bribery Commission has accused.
Accordingly Bribery Commission has filed the case against former Defense Secretary Gotabaya Rajapakshe,Palitha Piyasiri Fernando,Karunaratne .B.A.Godakawela,Somathilake Dissanayake,Nissanka Senadhipathi,Sujatha Damayanthi Jayaratne,Jayanath Colombage and Jayartana Perera.
