A sudden fire erupted in the Accounts Section of the regional Education Office at Thirukkovil Area (In Northern Province) yesterday (31)was doused by the Thirukkovil Police with the assistance of the workers attached to Education Office and residents in the area it has been reported.No casualties have been reported due to the fire and the value of the damage occurred not yet been estimated.
The Thirukkovil Police believes an electric leak might be caused the fire.
