The Terrorist Investigations Division (TID) had yesterday (24)detained the former LTTE Rebel "Ram" at Thambuluvil Area in Ampara(Eastern Province) for questioning according to the Police.Ram was rehabilitated after end of the armed conflict in north and east in 2009 under the government's rehabilitation programme and released four years ago.
