A University Student had fallen to sea later died whilst viewing coral reefs near the sea coast of Pigeons Island in Nilaveli(Eastern Province) yesterday(25) according to Police.The deceased University Student was viewing coral reefs with 12 of his fellow university students when the incident has occurred it has been reported.
The life saving officers attached to Nilaveli Police have managed to rescue the Student ,however he has pronounced as dead after being admitted to Nilaveli Hospital,
