Government Radiographers Union had
requested the Director General Of Health Services (DGHS)Dr.Anil Jasinghe yesterday (26)to take an action against hundreds of unregistered Bogus Radiographers attached to Private Hospitals as their presence will affect the Radiography Tests badly .
These Bogus Radiographers do not have basic qualifications to become a Radiographer and even not registered under the Sri Lanka Medical Council accordance to The Union Secretary DharmaKeerthi Epa.
However these Bogus group.of Radiographers in Private Hospitals have recently form a union amd even raised funds for it he has stressed .
Attorney General himself had confirmed that Bogus Radiographers will be harmful to the society during a court case against a bogus Radiographer of one of the leading Private hospitals Union Secretary has further added.
