Eight Female Tea Pluckers Were Hospitalized Following A Wasp Attack In Hatton

Eight Female Tea Pluckers attached to Shannon Tea Estate in Hatton(In Up Country) were injured and admitted to Watawala Hospital following  a Wasp Attack according to the sources.

These female workers have faced the wasp attack while they were plucking tea at the estate the sources have revealed.Their condition is not serious it has been reported.
