Under the Programme of registering the Alms Giving Centers (Dansal) due to organize in Colombo City to mark Wesak Festival later this month ,around 148 Alms Giving Centers had registered up to today(12) at Colombo Public Health Department according to Chief Medical Officer of Colombo Dr.Ruwan Wijemuni.Out of the 148 Alms Giving Centers registered at the Colombo Public Health Department up to now 80 centers are due to serve Ice Cream to the people during wesak.
All the organizers of registered Alms Giving Centers were issued a permission card according to Dr.Wijemuni.
