A Body of a Wild Elephant believed to be killed by a Hunter was found at Eramudugaswewa Area in Karuwalagaswewa (In North Western Province)Divisional Secretariat by the Wild Life Officers.The 7 foot and 9 Inches tall Wild Elephant in the age group of 30 to 35 has been shot seven bullets according to Wild Life Officers.
The Wild Life Officers attached to Karuwalagaswewa Wild Life Office are investigating in to find who is responsible for the wild elephant's death it has been reported.
