Colombo High Court has today (26) sentenced a 23 year old person to death over keeping 9.41 Grammes of Heroin in possession and smuggling them .
Accordingly Colombo High Court Judge Gihan Kulatunge has ordered to hang the accused who was arrested by Special Task Force Personal on 20th of August 2012 Whilst keeping Heroin In possession of the suspect and smuggling them ,on a date fixed by president .
The Accused was a resident of Grand pass area.
