Colombo Chief Magistrate has today(01) ordered the Cinnamon Garden Police to arrest the daughter and wife of the Eastern Province Governor Rohitha Bogollagama and produced them before the court over threatening and attempting to assault a female at a Temple in Colombo on 06th of April.The female who was subjected to this incident had complaint on the incident to the Cinnamon Gardens Police and a case filed on the incident at the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court.The order was made by the Colombo Chief Magistrate to arrest the suspects as they were unable to appear before the Court although notices were issued to them it has been revealed.
The wife of the Eastern Province Governor Bogollagama has made death threats to the subjected female through the phone although a case was filed against the previous incident it has been revealed.
The case is due to convened on 22nd of June.
