A heavy traffic has been reported from Town Hall and Colombo-Negambo main road since this morning as the Three Wheeler drivers have conducted protest rallies to oppose the increasing of minimum traffic violations fine to Rs.2500 through the budget.Three Wheeler drivers blocked the Town Hall and Galekanda junction of Colombo-Negambo main road due to the protest which caused heavy traffic in these areas it has been reported.
