Police have taken into custody 44,290 Kilo Grammes of waste tea which not suitable for human consumption stored at a warehouse in kohilawatte,wellampitiya(Western Province) yesterday (01) .Police had arrested two persons regarding the storage of waste tea in a warehouse.The raid at the warehouse has been carried out as per an information receieved by the special task force.
Wellampitiya Police are conducting an investigations on the incident.
