FCID has Arrested Chanuka Ratwatte Regarding A Financial Fraud

The Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division(FCID) has today(14) arrested five persons including Chanuka Ratwatte the brother of the United Peoples Freedom Alliance's MP Lohan Ratwatte regarding a Rs.1200 million  financial fraud during the previous regime.

Chanuka Ratwatte who is one of the sons of former Defense Secretary late Anurudda Ratwatte was charged as involving in the financial fraud through a Company Entrust Securities Private Limited .

The suspect was arrested by FCID  after recorded a statement from him this morning regarding the allegation.He is due to be produced before the court this evening.
