The first offshore petrol vessel built by India's Goa Shipyard Limited for Sri Lanka Navy was launched at the Goa Shipyard on yesterday(11).The Offshore Vessel which 105 meters in length and 13.6 meters wide will cost 74 million US Dollars after it's completion according to sources.
The Vessel is equipped with a helipad which capable of landing a helicopter on it the reports have stated.The vessel has named as "Sayurai".
