The Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Yi Xianliang has stated that China wants it's projects in Sri Lanka to be joint ventures with either state organizations,foreign companies including Indian Companies or local companies.China's strategic interest in the region will be dispelled if the projects are joint ventures with local or foreign companies and run as a commercial enterprises the Chinese Ambassador has further stressed.
