The Sun is moving directly over Sri Lanka from today (12) until 14th of April according to the Meteorology Department . Accordingly due to the apparent northward relative motion , Sun will be directly over the latitudes of Sri Lanka during this period
It has been reported that the Sun was overhead today to Sri Lankan towns of Nochchikkulam,Madhu,Nanaddan and Padawiya around 12:11 noon.
The

the Meteorology Department announced. The Sun would be directly over the
latitudes of Sri Lanka during this period, due to the apparent

The nearest towns of Sri Lanka over which the sun will be overhead today are Padawiya, Madhu, Nanaddan and Nochchikkulam about 12:11 noon.
