President Maithripala Sirisena has today (12) appointed Senior Deputy Inspector General Of Police(DIG) S.M.Wikramasinghe as acting Inspector General Of Police (IGP).DIG Wikramasinghe will acting in IGP Post until the Constitutional Council Appoint a new IGP on 18th of April .IGP N.K Ilangakoon has retired from his service yesterday(11).
