International Monetary Fund To Reach A Conclusion On Granting Financial Aid To Sri Lanka

Withing next two weeks the International Monetary Fund(IMF) is due to reach a final conclusion regarding the granting of Financial Aid to Sri Lanka for next three year period it has been reported.

To grant the Financial Aid to Sri Lanka a team of monetary specialists attached to International Monetary Fund is currently in Sri Lanka to monitoring the current economic situation of the country.

The leader of the IMF Monitoring Team Tony Schneider has stated that the IMF team has satisfied with the current economic policy mechanism implemented in Sri Lanka.
