Sri Lanka's International Motor Racing Car Star Dilantha Malagamuwa and three others were indicted by Colombo High Court today(28) over the charge of defrauding a Japanese Businessman regarding the failure to settle a US Dollars 600,000 debt .Earlier the Colombo High Court has issued a notice to Malagamuwa to appear before the court on 23rd of March over the case against him.
The case is due to be taken up for hearing again on 23rd of June.
